The Phillies just completed a seven-game stretch through Southern California.
Now it’s back to the East Coast and Citi Field in Flushing.
Three games at Petco Park in the Gaslamp Quarter …
Four games at Dodger Stadium at Chavez Ravine …
Three games at Citi Field next to a bunch of chop shops …
Citi Field doesn’t have quite the same charm as Petco and Dodger Stadium, I’m afraid. So I leave California with a heavy heart, knowing there are no more In-N-Out lunches and appearances from D-List celebrities like Lauren Conrad to entertain me in my immediate future … unless I run into one of the Real Housewives of New York this week.

Yeah, geez Zolecki, unless you are staying at the LaGuardia Best Western, boo-hoo, three days in New York City.
How appropriate that a place called Shiti Field is located in a town called Flushing. Maybe we should call the place “The Toilet”….
