could be named 2010 National League Cy Young tomorrow, but he got a little bonus today.

2K Sports named him its cover athlete for MLB 2K11.

“I’m honored to be on the cover of Major League Baseball 2K11,” Halladay said in a statement. “I’m not one for predictions, but should 2K Sports be right about tomorrow, well, that would be a great way to end the year.”

Evan Longoria was on this year’s cover. Tim Lincecum was on last year’s cover.

“In the Year of the Pitcher, Roy has truly distinguished himself as the best pitcher in baseball,” said Greg Thomas, senior vice president of sports development for 2K.

Forgot to mention this earlier, but Phillies prospect Josh Zeid blogged during the Arizona Fall League.

I’ve also got a new Facebook page, where I’ll post stories, blogs, thoughts, etc. Check it out here.

The Zo Zone is on Facebook and Twitter. My Phillies book “The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly” is available online, and at Delaware Valley bookstores!
