Good Times Bad Times: 2012 Edition

Lots of talk about the Phillies offense lately, so let’s change it up.

Let’s talk music.

You know my unhealthy interest in the players’ walkup/warmup music. I got the latest list from Phillies music director Mark Wyatt.

Here it is:

AT-BAT

WARM UPS

You will notice there is no music listed for Jim Thome, Freddy Galvis, John Mayberry Jr.Pete Orr or Ty Wigginton. They either have not requested any yet or it simply wasn’t on the list.

David’s Book Talk interviews Jim Salisbury about The Rotation. Give it a listen here.

The Trentonian reviews The Rotation.

Sports Crackle Pop! also talks The Rotation.

Jim Salisbury and I co-authored the book The Rotation, which is now available. Check it out here!

I swear if Bastardo comes out to anything other than Ol’ Dirty, I’ll flip.

needs to be Baby I got your money

I’m thinking #7 from that same album. It’s way more “dirty and a stinkin’.”

Or #8. But, I don’t think they’d play either of those songs in the park.

i dont understand half of these. who gets juiced off of buffalo soldier or in the air tonight?

how do you not get juiced off “in the air tonight”?

Thank you for posing something other than the usual “offensive woes” and “time to panic” doldrums that have been taking over the blogs. I enjoy reading different posts like this.

Thanks TZ! All I know is I am a marijuana enthusiast who totally digs JRoll’s and the Flyin Hawaiian’s walkup music! Very pot user friendly! Also, I cannot wait to hear Big Rhino’s walkup songs! The sooner the better!
Thanks for switching it up with this posting!

Here’s a link to “The Motto,” Jimmy’s first song he comes out to (which doesn’t have a link):
