- Saturday @ BAL: Aaron Cook, Antonio Bastardo, Phillippe Aumont and Mike Adams. (Halladay in Minor League game.)
- Sunday vs. BOS: Cliff Lee, Jeremy Horst, Mike Stutes and Papelbon.
- Monday @ TOR: John Lannan, Miner, Durbin, Aumont and Adams. (Kendrick in Minor League game.)
- Tuesday vs. TB: Valdes, Stutes, Horst, Bastardo and Papelbon.
- Wednesday @ DET: Cole Hamels, Durbin and Bastardo.
