Friday’s Game Postponed

The Phillies have postponed tonight’s game against the White Sox at Citizens Bank Park because of rain.

The game will be rescheduled for 8:15 p.m. tomorrow as part of a day-night doubleheader.

Tickets to tonight’s game will be honored for the 8:15 p.m. game with fireworks to follow immediately. Gates open at 7:15 p.m.

Tomorrow’s originally scheduled game will begin an hour earlier at 3:05 p.m. Gates will open at 1:05 p.m.

Jonathan Pettibone will face White Sox left-hander John Danks in the afternoon. John Lannan will face White Sox left-hander Hector Santiago at night.

Again, fans with tickets to Friday’s game should attend the 8:15 p.m. game.

The 3:05 p.m. game will be televised on CSN. The 8:15 p.m. currently is not scheduled to be on TV, but that could change.

July 11 in the 7th inning Ruf doubles and Manuel replaced him with John McDonald a 38 yr old runner? Why? No bad comments on the 5 inning/100 pitch method or thestrange additions to improve the Phils bench by Amaro>
