That’s why they are playing so poorly, I have never even heard of half of those songs… It’s annoying to listen to as the walk up music too! I wish we could boo the walk up music as well as the bad play we have been seeing on the field, but now I understand it’s this zany music they guys listen too.

First we have to endure this ‘walkup muzak,’ then the poor pitching, fielding and hitting, then the endless amplified drumming, ala the tomahawk chop. What’s next? Blood-curdling screams from the PA speakers? Oh how I long for those summers of yesteryear when in the 50’s and 60’s the team simply played bad without all this modern day, mindless noise. Harrumph.

Wish the Phils would concentrate on playing baseball instead of “my favorite song”, or “shave cream pies” or “cool sunglasses”. But I guess that’s every where in baseball today. Thank God for DVR’s. I record the Phil’s games and then I watch the game in about 15 minutes since most games are painful.
